    Effect of polyacrylamide and poly aluminum chloride in sewage treatment

        Polyacrylamide is PAM, and the application of PAM in water treatment industry mainly includes 3 aspects: raw water treatment, sewage treatment and industrial water treatment. In the treatment of raw water, PAM is used in combination with activated carbon, which can be used for coagulation and clarification of suspended particles in living water; in sewage treatment. PAM can be used for sludge dehydration; in industrial water treatment, it is mainly used as a formulation agent. In the raw water treatment, the organic flocculant PAM is used instead of the inorganic flocculant, and the water purification capacity can be increased by more than 20% even if the sedimentation tank is not reformed. So at present, many large and medium-sized cities are supplemented by PAM when the water supply is tight or the water quality is poor. In sewage treatment, the use of PAM can increase the utilization rate of water recycling cycle.
        Poly aluminum chloride is PAC, PAC has a wide range of applications and is adapted to a wide range of water. It is easy to quickly form large alum flowers with good precipitation. The appropriate pH range is wide (5-9), and the pH and alkalinity of the water after treatment are decreased. When the water temperature is low, the stable precipitation effect can still be maintained. The alkalinity is higher than other aluminum salt and iron salt, and the corrosion of the equipment is small. So the effect of obvious polyacrylamide is better.
